Actors Elite – No Refund Policy

All sales made through Actors Elite are final.

By enrolling in Actors Elite, purchasing a membership, program, service, digital product, event access, or any related offering, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

No Refunds

Actors Elite operates under a strict no-refund policy.
This includes, but is not limited to:

• Membership fees (monthly or annual)

• Registration fees

• Workshops, boot camps, classes, or training programs

• Digital products, downloads, or exclusive content

• Event tickets or special access opportunities

• Promotional services, listings, or exposure opportunities

Once payment is submitted, no refunds, partial refunds, chargebacks, or reversals will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to lack of participation, scheduling conflicts, personal circumstances, or dissatisfaction.

Access & Responsibility

Actors Elite provides access to resources, education, exposure, and opportunities. Results are not guaranteed, and success depends on individual effort, preparedness, and professional conduct. Failure to utilize the platform or attend sessions does not qualify for a refund.

Event Cancellations

If an Actors Elite–hosted event must be canceled or rescheduled by Actors Elite, participants may be offered a raincheck or credit toward a future event at the discretion of Actors Elite. No monetary refunds will be issued.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Any attempt to file a chargeback or payment dispute after agreeing to this policy may result in:

• Immediate termination of membership

• Removal from the platform

• Loss of access to all services and benefits

Policy Acceptance

This policy is effective immediately upon purchase and applies to each individual order or transaction. By completing your purchase, (via this platform or any other platforms) you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this No Refund Policy.
